How To Stop Being hard on Yourself and Break the shame spiral
A 2-hour workshop on overcoming negative self talk so you can stop being so hard on yourself as a woman with ADHD
Do you struggle with low self esteem, self doubt, or feel inadequate in your life?
If so, you're in the right place.
Most women with ADHD have a loud inner critic and struggle with intense self criticism leading them into shame spirals full of negative thoughts and crippling anxiety.
This is because your brain, as a woman with ADHD, is wired differently, often leading to unrealistic expectations about what you can achieve in a day, week, or month.
If you identify as a high achiever who’s afraid of making mistakes and gets stuck in perfectionist tendencies that prevent you from having the success you want in your life, this workshop is for you.

The How to stop being hard on Yourself workshop will help you gain perspective on:
How to have more self compassion about past mistakes and accept that you may sometimes get it wrong without feeling intense shame
How to recognize negative thoughts and negative self-talk and shift them so you don’t stay stuck in negative feelings
How to create helpful behavior patterns that build your confidence and break free from worry or the fear of failure
How to take the first step in finding support through family, friends, or a mental health professional to help you get out of your head and stop over thinking
A simple yet effective process to develop self love and create healthy self talk so you can start to notice the good things in your life
If you're overwhelmed by negative feelings, negative thoughts, or negative self talk that make it feel impossible to be "normal", you're not alone.
This workshop is the first step for you to start creating more realistic expectations and shifting your perspective on what you're capable of so you can forget the anxiety, get out of your head, and finally let go of worry.
You don't have to keep trying to fit yourself into a neurotypical world or neurotypical way of doing things.
Once you realize that having ADHD doesn’t make you wrong and learn how to work with your brain, you’ll gain a sense of confidence in your life that will lead you to experiencing more freedom, peace, and overall satisfaction with who you are.

Hi, I'm Liv I'm a Certified ADHD Educator and Mental Health Professional for Women Wired Differently
I personally know the struggle that can come from not having support or knowing how to work with your ADHD brain.
I am a perfect example of someone who has always identified as a high achiever and struggled with constant fear, anxiety, and negative self talk in my past.
I spent 10+ years working as a School Psychologist for underprivileged communities. I witnessed events where a family member or friends didn’t understand why a behavior was so hard to change for certain kids and not others.
I spent years reading article after article and talking to other mental health practitioners to try and find the answer, which eventually would lead me to understand how certain behavior may be a sign of ADHD and what support they need to thrive in life.
As a person with ADHD, I’ve also struggled with finding my voice and advocating for myself, whether with a therapist, friend, or family member who simply did not understand how my ADHD affected me.
When my therapist diagnosed me with ADHD as an adult, I could finally understand my behavior and why things would happen the way they did.
I’ve learned how to be a friend to my own ADHD and write a different narrative about what it can mean and look like to move past failures and achieve what I want in life with confidence.
Now I want to show you how to do the same.
YOU MATTER.
Knowing a bit more about how your ADHD impacts your life is the best way to build confidence and get to a point where mistakes no longer derail you.
